All dancers must be registered by ____, & pay a ___ fee for all dancers (Tiny Tots excluded.) Cash only.

1. Dancer’s competing in contest must be Native American

2. By registering you give your consent to Trade Mill and its affiliates to use any and all Photos that may contain you or your Regalia for Advertisement purposes.

3. Dancers must compete in the proper age category. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from contest. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. Points will be given for Grand Entry, exhibitions, contest songs, spot checks, or any other songs as decided by the head male and female judges.

5. Any dancer under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be disqualified for THE ENTIRE WEEKEND!

6. No whistles during contest songs.

7. A point system will be used.

8. All judges’ decisions are final.

9. There will be a $100.00 fee for any disputes on judging.

10. Any person missing Sunday Grand Entry and/or Sunday dance contest will have 25% of their points deducted from their total points as of the end of the pow-wow on Saturday night.

11. Any physical altercations will result in all parties involved being disqualified.
